I also simplified the image displaying plugin, so the images should display more consistantly. The plugin is called Jquery Colorbox if you wish to change the look of it, that is where you do it. There are 11 different display options to choose from. The drop down menu plugin is a bit tricky I wrote the custom code for your particular menu. But it isn't too hard once you know what your doing. I can show you or talk you through it some time. I implemented a lot of these changes to the 1st thursdays site, but now that site is down since I am moving it to the live server now. You are using the same setting as me, and still the program that displays gallery images, and the one that displays single images seem to be conflicting.
